My Guarantee: All items are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. If you fax or write about defective merchandise, you must include your order number and a description of the defect. Speciality Wraps may not be held responsible for customer misuse of merchandise. Speciality Wraps may not be held responsible for mistakes in which the customer gave incorrect personalization information. If Speciality Wraps makes a mistake in the personalization of any item, the item will be replaced at no charge to the customer. Returns: As all of my items are personalized, returns are restricted to defective items. Returns may be made only under the following conditions: If a personalization mistake was made on an item, and the fault lies with Speciality Wraps. Chocolate items arrive melted AND the shipping method was 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select. There is no guarantee with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please contact Speciality Wraps immediately to discuss any defective merchandise either via telephone at 866-226-4102 or email at info@speciality-wraps.com Privacy: All names collected by Speciality Wraps will never be sold. They will be used for mail and/or email notifications of new products available at Speciality Wraps.
